Welcome to Massage Restoration! I’m Amanda Grindel, PTA, LMT

My mission is to be a positive influence in your wellness journey by using Massage Therapy to help restore your physical, emotional and spiritual health.

I have been passionate about health and wellness throughout my career as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist for the past 23 years. Through my experiences in multiple settings, I have been able to see the direct impact that massage and bodywork can provide for individuals.

I have attended many continuing education courses over the years and continue to dive deeper to enrich my knowledge of  anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and massage modalities. Your massage session will be unique to fit your individual needs to work towards achieving your wellness goals. This may include: Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Myofascial Decompression using cups, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Hot Stones, Stretching and Ashiatsu (Barefoot Massage). All of the modalities that I use are aimed to restore mobility of the tissues, decrease pain, enhance relaxation and improve your overall emotional well-being.

In my free time, you’ll likely find me outdoors on a hike with my dog, Frankie, attending a yoga class or watching my kids play sports.  My husband Cliff and my children enjoy family time and love planning travel adventures.

Massage can generate healthy minds and provide the opportunity for your body to flourish. I am excited to be a part of your wellness team and I look forward to serving you and working together. See you soon!
